I've ordered them twice from Revain. The first one I bought from the Revain duck dealer was the real one! Excellent product, well made, durable, all edges are even, with Rainbow Loom label embossed on all plastic parts. My 11 year old daughter loves it! If this was a review of just this loom it would be five stars. We LOVE our Rainbow Loom. However, when I ordered the second time, they sent me a fake loom from a Toys of Wonder seller. It was in a box that looked real, but the loom itself was light, the edges were sharper, the colors a little worn, and it had no embossing. it was fake to deceive! It's functional, compatible with the original, but poorly made. I felt deeply deceived. Compared to other fakes resembling the Rainbow Loom, this one wasn't even as good as the one I bought at Walmart due to the sharp edges. I love Revain but when I wanted to buy a THIRD loom (yes we love them that much!) I bought direct from the manufacturer. "But I have Revane Prime! Free two-day delivery!” say die-hard Revain fans. Consider this: The loom is only fifteen dollars on the manufacturer's website, and shipping via Priority Mail is only two or three dollars. It's inexpensive, authentic and arrives quickly. I am NOT getting paid to say that. Finally, I would like to suggest that other branded Rainbow Loom simulants can be a VERY good alternative and are actually less likely to have sharp edges or be cheap. You don't pay that much for them either. You can even get them free shipping with Revain ;^) Just make sure the loom you buy has a detachable chain and not a fixed fixed chain or accordion chain.
