I can't say anything about the durability of this item because it was only delivered today. However, I can tell you that it is very attractive and surprisingly fits my tiny wrist (after removing all the links, which is very easy. I usually have to go to a jeweler to get the size of the straps. Clasp!) I'm also surprised at how decent quality it seems. It's not an expensive band so to say I wasn't expecting much is an understatement. My only concerns right now are: #1 This thing is REALLY hard to close. I suspect this will improve as the leather "shrinks in" but if you have smooth skin with wrinkles you may need someone to help you. I almost had a panic attack trying to turn it on. And #2: I'm a bit concerned that the long beaded sides might scratch the sides of my watch. Again, only time will tell. Oh, and finally, another obvious downside is crown access, as the side beads are quite snug on the side of the watch. For me, the optics are worth the small inconvenience. I would buy it if it didn't fall apart. I will update the review if I have any problems in the future.
