They were perfect for my son's Pokemon Birthday Gift Sets! I downloaded pictures of various Pokemon faces, printed them out onto full size label paper, cut them out, and glued them onto bags to make faces! It took a bit (cutting with Cricut or Silhouette would be a lot quicker), but it was definitely doable! I made all 24 bags in one night while watching TV. Yellow = Pikachu Green = Bulbasaur Red = Flareon Blue = Squirtle Purple = Gengar Orange = Charmander ) You will receive 4 of each of the six colors if you purchase a set of 2 dozen. The colors aren't what I would call "neon" (well, except for yellow and green), the rest are more basic colors - which was great, that's what I wanted!
