User interface is very intuitive, easy to use & understand for all levels in organization (from developers to support team). It helps us track application health as well as risks associated with those apps across our estate. Easy migration path between different versions also makes it easier when we need to upgrade/downgrade software version. Reporting mechanism could be improved by adding more granular reporting options. Also I feel there should have been some way where one can directly comment about issues without going through escalation process which takes lot longer than expected time. We are using this tool since past 2 years now and haven't found any major issue yet. This has helped me identify root causes faster rather then waiting till tickets come up via email or phone calls.
