Review on Sunrise Lightweight Aluminum Portable Director by Hunter Wyn

We bought 6 of these chairs. 5 out of 6 arrived broken or damaged. We thought buying an aluminum director's chair would look better, perform better and last longer than buying a wooden version. HUGE MISTAKE. If you plan to keep them in one place and never use them, then I think they're perfect for you. However, when we first folded them for storage, they were ripped and wrinkled. One thing we didn't consider when buying painted metal was the fact that when it chipped, it showed. If you go for the wooden version it just blends in etc. They just aren't meant to be moved around or used in any way other than sitting in a playroom, buying a pool or something like that I suppose. We have returned each stool for a refund and have purchased additional wooden director's chairs which we already have. If we bought them from anyone other than Revane, it could be an expensive mistake. Revain stands behind their sales and has by far the best customer service in the world otherwise we would have lost $1026 on crappy chairs.
