As the winter months approached I needed something to rejuvenate my feet from home as all non-essential places were closed (including nail salons and my emergency podiatry practice). It took care of that! There's so much in this box! I soaked my feet first and then let them dry a bit before using the device and one of the blue rollers. After that I used a coconut foot mask and wore large fluffy socks over the foot mask so I could walk more comfortably while the product was on. I ended up sleeping with them (there is no indication that this is discouraged) and when using a macadamia foot mask I will now do the same; I woke up with AMAZING soft feet. Better than Baby Foot after two weeks! There's no flaking either, which I didn't realize I just ordered, but I'm actually glad it wasn't. I have since used the coarsest rollers twice after doing the coconut mask and the initial roller on my legs. My legs are still incredibly smooth and very exfoliated.
