It's a good design and appears to be well made. Unfortunately, after we inserted and twisted the leftovers, the center charm turned the wrong way. We chose to leave it that way because we didn't want to risk it falling apart if it wasn't tight.
- The ball holding the ashes is lost. Is it interchangeable?
- The necklace may not be strong and break easily.
