I swear I love those cheap and inexpensive things that don't rust and when they come out I'll just throw them away, worth every penny. I think I've bought this one gold at least five times. Because they end up coming out of my nose even though it says 18 gauge I'm not entirely sure. It's definitely not a 20 gauge but they are a bit lighter than the more expensive 18 gauges. but I just don't buy the expensive ones anymore because I end up losing them so this is a great alternative. 9/24/20 Still buy these, they are amazing, they don't irritate the sensitive skin of the nose or anything.
