Extra unsweetened vanilla flavor is the best milk alternative I've tried! I actually love it more than milk! It's not the same as milk, so don't expect it. They are different but definitely have similarities. It's "thick/creamy" and has a mild flavor, so it pairs well with other ingredients as well as milk. In any case, I highly recommend it as an alternative to milk. IME almond milk is more watery. I prefer the almond flavor over the cashew. Oats are ok, but too many carbs IIRC. I avoid soy milk. But I prefer peas over almonds (my go-to for a while)! Especially since Ripple is low in carbs (the unsweetened version) and high in protein! and also has a much lower water index. I try my best to be mindful of the products I buy and their impact on the environment.
