Review on Acer X183H Bb 18.5 Inch Widescreen Monitor - 1366X768, Wide Screen by John Love

Before I get to the review, let me say this: I'm not a technical genius, but I'm not exactly what you would call a computer illiterate either. them a step-by-step guide to setting this thing up (their walkthrough doesn't mention the CD or when/if the computer needs to be turned on, etc.). But fear not, it's really not that hard to figure out. Only a VGA cable and a power cord are included. Connect the cables correctly. (A 10-year-old would understand that, too. "Square goes in.? Right, Johnny.") It comes with a CD, but I didn't even have to use it. I literally plugged this thing in 5 minutes ago, it took about 2 minutes to get everything plugged in and working (yes I think my excitement may have played a part in that). And now I enjoy this widescreen monitor. Very clear picture. I even made a short video about it so you all can check it out and see if it suits you. Note. I associate this with my tiny Acer Aspire One netbook. Tired of the tiny screen (serious eyestrain). Especially when it comes to graphics. Video note: no narration. I'm just showing the setup. The clip you see in my uploaded video is the Let's Make It Legal movie streaming on Netflix. I love that I can now watch movies on the big screen! Packaging note: This item was packed in a double carton. The outer box was simply labeled Revain (so nobody knew what was inside). and then the inner box was an ACER box. Good handy packaging.
