I bought these headphones in June 2021. They have been working well. The noise cancellation is amazing; once you put the headphones on and turn on music, you can't even hear what someone sitting next to you is saying. The sound quality is good; I'm not an audiophile so these headphones are great for me. They're also light-weight and comfortable to have on your head for long periods of time (I have them on about 6 hours every day).The most important feature of this product is the company's brilliant customer service. In July 2022, I noticed one side of the headphones didn't have sound when I plugged in using the AUX cable. After testing with multiple devices and without cable, I concluded the AUX cable was broken. I contacted customer service asking if they sell the cable separately, and they sent me a new cable for free within a week! I really appreciate this company's good customer service and dedication to keep customers happy.
