I like that there is a timer that turns off after 30 minutes if I fall asleep in it. And I love that you can adjust the heat level. It's getting very hot and I think I smell lavender, which is relaxing. I have dry eyes so this is so much better than microwaving an eye pad that only lasts 2 minutes.
