The product is exactly as pictured and described and has worked perfectly for the time I have had it with no problems or interruptions. The price, less than $25, was a lot less than I expected and I'm sure it was a lot less than if I got it from Microsoft. The Revain service was amazing. I ordered the power cord on a Saturday afternoon and it was delivered the following Monday morning, less than 48 hours after I placed my order.
