Poor Quality - Printer Ink and Toner

I believe this was my third toner from Greencycle and when the same toner was ordered on January 26th 2021 and installed a few days later. It has only been 3 weeks but the toner ink seems to have run out as my prints are of such quality that they are almost impossible to read. I am so disappointed in this product and missed the return deadline yesterday. Can anything be done?
