Everything about it feels cheap. Also not as advertised. The title is misleading. The product name is XtremPro Metal Mesh Cooler Pad for Laptop 6 Controllable Fans to Run 2, 4, 6, 3 Functions with Blue LED Light 6 Adjustable Levels, Up to 17 inch in Laptop 2 USB Ports with Speed Switch, Non-Slip Black (11150) I received a 13" model that doesn't support my 17" laptop.
