I just sent back some different pants because they were not what I was expecting to get when I bought something called "palazzo pants". Despite that I decided to order one pair of these in the hope they would be better. I'm extremely happy with these. The material is very soft and light, flowy and just wonderful. Exactly what I wanted in the first place. (i.e. not tight and stiff despite ordering a size bigger than in should have needed.) The wide waistband is very comfortable and has plenty of give to fit a range of sizes. Love the pretty pleats.I wanted these to wear to work, and needed them to look professional and yet feminine. And I need pockets that I can put things in. These have a much better design, don't appear 0cheaply made. Pockets are pretty decent, though they could be a bit deeper. I can fix that if I find they don't suffice. I can't stress enough how lovely the fabric is. It's so soft and "swishy". I just ordered a second black pair for work, and a sorbet pair as well to wear wherever else. They are so comfy.I am 5'5" 155 pounds, long waist, and a little short in the legs. Sooooo. I'll have to hem them or they will literally drag the ground. I expected that. Most women my height probably won't need to hem them. I wear flats at work because I'm on my feet 8 hours a day.I'm so pleased.
