They are very light and are suitable for those who do not need ankle support or insoles. The sole had no arch support at all and the lateral sides were loose around my foot. My toe was in the right place for them to be wide on my foot, but I don't have narrow feet. I didn't hate them, but they seemed fragile. Returned.
