A friend wanted this for Christmas, so I purchased this hat and a different one which cost a bit more. Both hats are faux fur, a plus for animal-friendly folks. The fur looks real and is soft. This hat is much thinner and the other hat was better quality. I was surprised he liked the look of this hat better. I’m sure it will keep his head warm, it looks nice, and it cost less than the other hat. So five stars.
