Ordered this for my husband because he has been feeling like his belly has been sticking out a little bit and wanted something to help hold it in and also give him so back support. We got this in a couple days so that was awesome. He tried it on and it has some stretch to it and you can tighten the Velcro straps. If you want more support I would suggest going down a size as it’s not overly fitted. Overall we liked it and my father in law has now ordered one for himself!
