I love how well it works with Slack, especially when you have multiple teams using different channels within their own slack group (eg our Marketing team in one channel vs Sales/Support another). It's great if your organization has an existing integration like this or wants something similar built out from scratch! The UI can be clunky at times but overall we haven't found any major issues yet so far as of now - they're working hard improving things though!! We use espreso primarily internally between my marketing department & sales support staff which are both remote employees who work together daily via email / phone calls etc., however also do some cross-team communication through chats such as HipChat during non-work hours where possible too.
