General benefits:* Does not require SATA power supply* One board splits into two boards, allowing you to easily swap the four available USB ports in two places in your case. General Cons:* There are two power LEDs, one on each side of the boards. Those white LEDs are so ridiculously bright. I had to seal them with tape as they were just as bright as the case's RGB strip. I bought it specifically for ASRock Deskmini X300W case. ASRock offers RGB LEDs and USB port extensions for its case, but you cannot use both unless you have an internal USB hub. It seems that ASRock no longer sells its own USB hub, so you need to buy a third-party solution. This device is great for this purpose as it comes with all the necessary cables and can be taped to the front of the case.
