The design of this hand shower is beautiful. I don't need many options, and the wide and narrow rain switch is the vast majority of what I need in the shower. The thumb switch works well enough that most people won't get confused. The head is mounted a bit high so a shorter handle might be better, at least for my fairly typical guest bathroom. Also, I happened to have a 17mm crescent wrench that was needed to connect the bracket to the shower elbow. I don't like the hose. Unlike the higher quality metal-wrapped hose I have in another shower, this rubberized plastic hose doesn't rest against the wall but curls up in a loop. And the bracket has a chrome-plated plastic look, exactly where I would have expected a solid metal hansgrohe product to be. I don't expect the head itself to be metal, it would be too heavy, but I was hoping. for higher quality plastic and metal fittings. That's it, quite a sleek design done cheaply.
