I love this duvet and will probably order another one. Note, however, that the zigzag stitching along the edge of the quilt (actually, almost a thick thread) began to unravel from the quilt almost immediately. When I discovered this there was about 2-3 feet of loose thread hanging from the ceiling. An active puppy would have serious health problems if swallowed. My advice to anyone purchasing this blanket is to get rid of those unnecessary seams immediately. I don't know why anyone designing dog products would think this is even remotely a good idea. That horrible design flaw aside, the blanket itself is amazingly soft and all my pups seem to enjoy snuggling on it and making little cribs. The plush side will most likely retain some scent which will provide some comfort for my new little foster child. If the manufacturer ever reads this review, please change the way the edges are sewn. Otherwise a great blanket that your pup will love!
