Great software and outstanding Customer Support

I love that they are able to track everything from leads, through calls/emails until conversion is made! They also have great customer support which makes it even better!! Nothing yet but happy with how far along things seem to be so far :) Hoping for continued success in future too.  The only thing i dislike right now about them is their pricing structure as its not super affordable compared to other providers we've used before (like ConvertKit). We use FormoTIV mainly because of all tracking capabilities - specifically call recordings & transcriptions.

Pros

etc..all under one roof ! No need multiple tools just like this tool does best job at what needs done most efficiently without any confusion or redundancy issues arising later down the road when you can't remember where something was sent / recorded
