Review on Smart bracelet Xiaomi Mi Band 7 RU, black by Ada Wajszczuk ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Best thing for the money, glad I did it.

I advise large people who snore in their sleep on their backs. Apnea (interruption of breathing during sleep) does not bring any benefit - I advise you to read or ask a doctor. Sleep quality may improve. Getting feedback about your body is also good. No need to reach for your phone to check the time. Different pros: I use it primarily for sleep control and as an alarm clock. I snore at night, so I set the bracelet to constantly measure oxygen in the blood (as I understand it, every 5 minutes) and vibrate when oxygen drops to 90%. You snore - oxygen drops - the bracelet vibrates - you wake up a little and roll over to one side. It also shows a full report of sleep phases. An excellent alarm clock - before the phone woke up loved ones, now it's just a vibration, you don't bother anyone. You can set the alarm to take into account the phase of sleep, so that in deep sleep it does not wake up, wait for the end of the phase and then work - I have not tried it yet. In general, this is a daily monitor of your condition - every five minutes it measures heartbeats, oxygen in the blood, physical activity, stress level. All throws into the phone via bluetooth. Has cons: The standard black strap is a little short - I fasten it on the last hole. Large men - check when buying. No GPS and NFC - not critical for me.
