My Dell Optiplex 7010 arrived today, a day ahead of schedule. During installation it says that there is no hard drive. I easily fixed it myself. The biggest problem I had was getting the windows activation code to work. I obviously did something wrong or couldn't read the code on the computer properly. I contacted ReCharge and a technician named Jared logged into my computer via Team Viewer, entered the code and it worked. Then applied the updates and now everything works as it should. Thank you Jared! EDIT: I received this computer on 2/19/19. Today 5/3/19 The graphics card failed.
