My Dell Optiplex 7010 arrived today, a day ahead of schedule. During installation it says that there is no hard drive. I easily fixed it myself. The biggest problem I had was getting the windows activation code to work. I obviously did something wrong or couldn't read the code on the computer properly. I was very unhappy when I received this item advertised as a 2018 model and certified as refurbished to find that it had been heavily used and misused. There is no reason why a computer should be 10 years old and it is only 1 year old! It had spots of paint chipping like someone tried to pry it open like it was a safe!
