My computer arrived with a broken mouse due to poor packaging. But I didn't need a mouse or keyboard, and the computer itself worked fine. I liked how quiet it was and how much processing power I got for the low price because it was refurbished. I liked it so much that I advised my son to buy the same one. He did and is fine, but his hard drive keeps making noises that are different from my computer's volume. But then, just five months later, I turned on my computer and smoke came out! I asked the seller if he would consider repairing or replacing the computer as five months is a very short time for a computer. They said no because the warranty had expired. I am dissatisfied and do NOT recommend this computer!
