Bought three for our shop for about the cost of 1 new comparable machine. POSITIVE: They all started well, run FAST and still work great. You've got LOTS of USB ports on the front and back and, as the specs say, 16GB of RAM and 2TB of hard drive. A major upgrade to the computers we replace. Pleased with all of that. Cons: The included keyboard and mouse were flimsy, but easy to replace if you don't have a quality keyboard and mouse handy. Also, the specs say these computers ship with Windows 7 Pro, but they actually ship with Win 10 Pro. They can be downgraded to Win 7 Pro, but we've decided to use them with Win 10 Pro. No problem activating with the new Windows Key stickers on the cases. The only "extra" software on it was Libre Office (the FREE and open source version of MS Office) which works great. So far we are very happy with these computers.
