because if they are and do not fit into predefined buckets, you have a problem. I bought this machine to use in my shop. When I received it I moved the files around as usual. Then a problem arose. Error in boot records, missing sector or similar. That was 2 days later. Normally you would just return it, right? Hmm, not if your personal stuff is on it and you can't access the files to delete them. I think I dropped the hard drive and plugged it into another machine. To be honest it seemed like too much work. In the end I reinstalled Windows and everything was fine. For now. This happened after a few hours of trying to "fix" the problem. I would like to say that I contacted the seller and asked how best to proceed. A week later no response. Nada. I emailed Revain customer support (finding the email is a problem). There isn't either. If you don't fit into a given classification, you're out of luck. This is an argument for buying locally. Which is probably not that bad overall. However, admit that this machine was a real purchase (assuming it still works). My criticism is directed at Revain and the manufacturer. Flash forward. I reinstalled Win10 and the machine was working fine until a week ago. No, there is a blue screen of death and reboots. Happens every hour or so. Of course it's too late to go back. Revain is useless in this regard. The point is to buy a new one. I actually rented a car (with problems) for four months. What's really worrying is that neither Revane nor the seller got straight to the point.
