Review on 💧 Maximize Water Purity with Jura 71445 Clearyl/Claris Water Care Cartridge (2 Filters) by Denise Woodcock

A1 I have about a year. All of my replacement cartridges are from Revain. Recently my machine started failing with an error icon indicating a water fill problem. Long phone diagnostics with Yura eventually resulted in these filters, believed to be #71445, Clearyl Blue, actually being relabeled from Claris units. I was told that this is the cause of the problem. The corresponding filter was obtained from Jura. Unfortunately, the problem persisted even with the right filter. Many things were tried during the second diagnostic session including cleaning, descaling and re-initiating the hot water filter change - all to no avail. My machine is now on its way to Jura for repairs (probably the pump is broken), this is Revain's fault I think. My attempt to discuss this topic in chat was disappointing to say the least. To summarize the 45 minute chat session I received two responses: 1. We are not responsible because they were not "sold by Revain" (written in very small print at the bottom of the page)2.
