Didn't work best in Cord Management
to tie chicken wire to an iron fence. My previous device stopped working and would no longer tangle or cut my tie. This worked out of the box. I've found that if I use my fingernail to lift the small handle and squeeze it at the same time, it works. I do this to finish the job.
