By far the best customer experience I've had with Revain! Personally I never take the time to rate anything (good or bad) but this time I felt it was very well deserved. The pillow itself is high quality and very soft. It is just like the description, not too fluffy and not too flat. My son has always liked flatter pillows (he's under 2) but he doesn't like sleeping on a flat bed. I am sure as he gets older he will prefer this option more. I contacted the seller because I need a pillow with less filling and I was willing to pay for another because I have no problem paying for a quality product. But he was very nice and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. So he sends me a new pillow with less filling for free. In my opinion this is excellent service! Also, I ordered another popular brand at the same time because I didn't know I wanted more; but noticed that the filling on this pillow was much softer. I've spent a lot of time reading almost every baby pillow ad and found this to be the best of them all. Look no further and order this pillow for your little one!
