Review on JAKT by Ronggolawe Denney

The support staff are always willing go above & beyond what's required of them, they do great work with little direction from management! I have had some issues in my time working there but nothing major or costly so far. They provide good training opportunities which has helped me develop professionally as well. There seems like an opportunity gap between junior members compared to senior ones - sometimes it can be hard getting your hands up when you know others may not even consider doing this at all (but would rather just get their head down). It was more challenging than expected because we were asked by our clients to create something new/innovative without having much guidance beforehand.
