I bought one of these for my Sony A6300 and then another for my newer Sony A6500. Seems kind of silly to buy a light camera to lighten the weight and then add a cage to make it heavier!? Well anyhow, these gadgets really help protect the camera body itself, especially since I carry at least two bags that clash against each other from time to time. I often have these two cameras on my plane to photograph the sky and they beat more than I'd like. Cells protect well-made but fragile cameras. Another feature I love is that you can add all sorts of video grips, flashes, etc as the cage is covered with holes for that purpose. This product is beautiful, durable and well designed. I love it.
