Quilt stitching appeared on quilt sets

Unfortunately we had to return this item as the stitching started to unravel after the first wash. We didn't even get to use it. The pattern disappeared where the stitching came out, so it was very noticeable. Otherwise, I really liked the look of this blanket. Not sure if we just got duds? we are confused

3 LAYERS: The quilts are made of 3 layers. The top and bottom are made of 110gsm matte microfiber, while the inner padding is made of soft polyester. It's a lightweight design and slim style for summer.
