I would take a size up from the size chart
Great for what I need, my twins are 42.5 inches tall, one is 38lbs and the other is 40lbs. The smaller twin is perfect for the larger twin, if I had to buy it again I would probably buy the next size up but this will do. I will definitely hang it up to dry.
