Basic Functions

Own fault but I was looking for a surge protector to replace the old one (the electronics guy says they need to be changed regularly. Function doesn't work) Anyway, my old one had surge protectors for my phone line and , more importantly, include a phone splitter. This feature is missing. It also doesn't include the USB feature you'll find on many new tapes. You can connect one or more small transformers to do this, but these transformers often end up with two or even three terminals. Bottom line, if you don't want/need these extras, it's definitely more than okay. But this one is either going to my shop or to my granddaughter. In any case, it will be used.
