I like how this straightener works. However, it stopped working properly within 6 months. I bought a second one, I really liked it. Then I noticed that the product is covered by a three-year warranty. I followed the warranty instructions on the box, mailed it, and paid for shipping. About three weeks later, the box came back with the message that the company was closed and no longer existed. I'm calling Amazon and after the horrible experience of speaking to someone (not a bot). I'm finally getting someone. All I wanted was a new address - as this company still exists I just bought a second one. The tour guide was a little clueless and didn't understand. Eventually she said she would give me a one-volume tour. It wasn't what I asked for, but I was bored with the process. However, it has now been over a month and my account has NOT received any credits. Ooooh, it's frustrating. Obviously I need to let go of this failed $90 purchase or I need to find a two hour window to try and find someone on Amazon. How painful. The saga continues... The second one stopped working even after 5 months. emailed the company on their website a few weeks ago…. No Answer. Left a voicemail and another email on 10/9/18. Let's see if anyone answers ... too bad - the iron is so comfortable, it does not burn and does not pull your hair. Too bad it won't be long and the company's response is sooooo slow.
