Tangled Tresses: Avoid These Accessories

These hair ties claim to be perfect for gymnastics, but my tests showed they're far from it. While they held my hair in place during physical activity, they were incredibly difficult to remove without causing breakage and split ends. The worst part is that even after taking them out, my hair was left tangled and frizzy. The only positive is that they come in a variety of colors. Stay away from these hair accessories if you care about the health and appearance of your hair.
