Ordered this bed for my daughter's college apartment. The crate proved to be very compact and easy to transport (although it was heavy - a full crate weighed about 130 pounds). All parts are present, no damage. It took me about 3 hours to assemble. We had extra bed frame slats from the old bed which we added for extra support (after reading the reviews). To be honest it was a little overwhelming seeing all the pieces that needed to be assembled, but it wasn't difficult to put it together - just in time. All instructions were clear and understandable. I used a drill to tighten some. The supplied Allen key is tiny! I hope to upgrade this to 5 stars after she has slept for a while and gives me an official thumbs up. Overall it looks great for the price and the drawers hold a lot!
