Review on πŸ”§ ProStormer Precision Transformer ESD: The Ultimate Soldering Pro Solution by Robert Correa

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The temperature is dead. Small, compact, slightly light iron stand.

Let's start with my only real gripe: the iron stand is a little light and made worse by the lack of non-slip rubber feet. seller please note. But as they say, I'm in love. The power adapter is compact and has a simple shape to fit in my crowded workspace. The switch is in a good spot on the side NOT the back where others put theirs. It comes with a short but well-written manual, unlike many others I've come across. Thank you guys! The wool holder "brass" is firmly attached to the iron holder and is not superfluous. A small roll of solder seems like a decent 60/40 rosin core as it melts at around 190-195C. The iron will ONLY melt my eutectic solder at 185C from). The handle is comfortable and the iron handle cord is long enough for normal use. Thanks also for the flexible power cord. Some I've come across need a pipe bender to shape the power cord! It was easy to direct it where I needed it. The tweezers are a valuable addition, although I had to tweak the tip alignment a bit. You can always use other precision tweezers. I haven't tried any other attachments other than the one on the iron but they look well made and I'm sure they will reflect the quality I see in the iron as well. the rest of the product. All in all, this is a good investment for any DIY enthusiast or even someone who uses it all day assembling or remodeling. I would recommend this soldering station without hesitation. Five stars!
