Item as described and perfect fit for my 2 year old girl who is the same height as my 4 year old nephews. It has enough room to adjust up and down so I can tighten or loosen as needed. Bought because my daughter is tall enough for her age that her pants fit her leg but too big for her waist so they keep falling off. These braces are easy to put on and wear like your life depends on them. They feel really well made, not cheap at all. Great price for a great product.
