Works great! Took me about 3 minutes to set it up and connect. I used to connect my wireless headphones to a Samsung TV with RCA jacks, but then I bought an LG which only has an optical cable. I bought this Blusmart converter and optical cable. The optical cable goes from the TV to the converter. The RCA cables connect to the converter and go to either the stereo connector or the RCA connector on the wireless headphone receiver. I use a stereo connection. In fact, I now get better reception with an optical cable and a converter than with RCA connections alone. There is no more noise in the headphones. I've experienced occasional static when plugging directly into the RCA connectors. I'm glad I bought this converter!
