Always picked Anker when given the choice but they seem to be cutting corners to save a few bucks. The caps are very loose from the start and lost them on trips shortly after transport, still work but I want to protect the ends. Sometimes the stick seems to have a slow transfer rate. Contacted Anker and was told they could not help me or provide additional caps. Will have to get another brand. I don't think I can trust Anker after that. Many Thanks
