Lousy product, low quality.
The technical support from ADATA left a terrible impression. Only their form is available for contacting them online, and once you do, a cheerful message stating that "Customer support staff will respond to your request within one business day" arrives in the mail. And that's it. It's been dead silence for more than a month! And if you visit the website and use the form to inquire about the status of my inquiry, they claim to have received the hard drive I sent them for repair, at which point I can wait patiently for it to be mailed back to me. Even though I didn't ship the hard drive anyplace and ADATA doesn't have my home address, they can't mail me anything! These are a complete lie and of awful quality!
