This is a nice flat iron that heats up very quickly. When I opened the packaging, I immediately noticed that it had signs of wear, as well as a small scratch on the temperature gauge. I complained about this in my previous review and the seller contacted me immediately who immediately offered a new one or a refund. The seller informed me that they do not always control the items shipped and sold by Amazon and apologized for the inconvenience. I bought this product based on the great reviews from YouTubers and it's a great iron. I have thick curly hair and it slides through easily without damaging it. I like that it heats up to 450 degrees and has titanium plates for even heat distribution.
