When I first bought them they were great and lasted almost two years. Bought again, a few cartridges leaked toner in the printer. The company contacted me and said they fixed the problem and sent me replacement cartridges. I haven't fully rated them yet, but everything looks good so far. When I didn't catch their emails in time because my spam filter accidentally caught them, they sent me a tracking email. They SERIOUSLY care about their customers and that brings loyalty.
