Just an update. They contacted me and were kind enough to replace the toner cartridge. I always feel that the benchmark of a company isn't always being perfect, but what they do when things go wrong. Well, they came and took care of the problem.

I bought them a year ago and they were ok. The batch I just received was significantly worse in quality. The cyan cartridge was coated with yellow toner and the roller was not replaced which is indicative of the worn edges and scratches you see on a well used cartridge. Side print in light blue, NOT GOOD.

When I first bought them they were great and lasted almost two years. Bought again, a few cartridges leaked toner in the printer. The company contacted me and said they fixed the problem and sent me replacement cartridges. I haven't fully rated them yet, but everything looks good so far. When I didn't catch their emails in time because my spam filter accidentally caught them, they sent me a tracking email. They SERIOUSLY care about their customers and that brings loyalty.

I just installed this on my HP MFP477 color laser printer and after calibrating and printing about 100 pages I am dismayed. Colors run, resolution is grainy, and they're just plain awful. I would not recommend these cartridges as boat anchors! Too bad my return option has expired.

I bought this product a few years ago and was very impressed. I then placed a second order which I had to return due to leaking cartridges. This is from my last order a few weeks ago. A leaking cartridge and a blue cartridge produced what you see in the other photo, which was a test page. It is sad to see that the quality has gone down so far having previously worked great in my HP Lazer Jet.

**Edit: Replaced all 4 cartridges and O's. He had another problem. I would order again. *** I have purchased these cartridges in the past and have never had a problem. They are a lot cheaper than buying HP branded cartridges for my office printer. This time the magenta is wrong and everything I print turns out to be solid magenta!

I liked the price and the fast shipping. It didn't seem like it took long, but to be honest I had to copy a lot for work, so that may or may not be true.

waste of money! A black replacement installed in our printer the day after receipt in February 2021. After a few days we noticed that the background turned gray. It got darker and darker very quickly, making it almost impossible to read. Of course, we only have a few days left until the end of the return period. I'm actually very happy with the toner cartridges. I wasn't sure if they would work, but they work just as well as HP. My only hope is that, as good as they are, they won't sell out when I need to buy more. Because I will definitely buy them again. Firstly I don't know how long they will last as this is my first purchase. Regardless of the excellent purchase
