Okay, but like most wrestling shoes, order one size up.
They fit well. They're wide, so I don't have any issues with the width fit that I would have with regular wrestling shoes. Otherwise they work great. Just order 1 size up or 1/2 size if you like it tight but I would recommend a full size as 13 fits well and I'm 12.

- Works little. Order at least one size larger.

- Can cause ankle deformities or sprains due to lack of support
